Lumina team up with COCO+ to exclusively launch fuel card employee benefit.
Not everyone is able to afford or manage an electric vehicle, but this shouldn’t be a barrier to your sustainable and environmental goals. That’s why we have added a carbon neutral fuel card to our employee benefits platform, allowing you to offset emissions and save employees money at the pumps.
We have joined forces with COCO+ to exclusively launch this brand new carbon neutral fuel card into the employee benefits market.
Employers who participate in the scheme will enable their employees to offset more than 100% of their carbon output through climate offsetting projects and save 2p per litre at the pumps. Employers can access the scheme from £5 per employee, per month.
Today’s workforce has wildly competing priorities and HR have a job to do to make sure the employee benefits on offer support a range of crises, from the cost of living to climate action. This new benefit has the potential to address both of these complex areas at once.
We understand the importance of introducing wider ESG benefits such as electric vehicle leasing schemes and ESG pension funds, and do so via our platform, Lumina. However, we also believe that there needs to be a solution where employees can’t afford the luxury of an electric vehicle, but still want to have a positive impact on the environment.
